Studio 6 Kissimmee, FL - Orlando

My reservation was for 2 weeks. I desperately need a handicapped room and reserved one 7 months in advance. When I got there not only did they not have a handicapped room for me they would not honor the price of my reservation. I went elsewhere then fought them and won when they charged my credit card for the full stay.

I would never stay at this place again, years ago was a great place but not at this moment, we arrive after 18 hours driving for family vacation and our first room was in devastating conditions, roaches all over the place, air conditioning not working properly, no fire alarms in our room, tv no working, bathroom door broke like someone punch on that door, they let us stay 1 night at that room, next day they didnt have a 2 bed room because they have peoples staying for living in those rooms and the availability was very low since also they have only 1 housekeeper for the entire property, they move us to second room which we opt to see before do any movement, horrible, roaches all over the place as well, then they decided to move us to a 1 bed room and offer me a second room with 1 bed-deal but not happy at all this rooms were completely dirty and we did clean our room for a 1 week stay, no towels we bought our own towels and then they want us to give them our personal towels to get clean ones ABSOLUTELY NO, microwaves was in horrible conditions with roaches fridges as well and kitchen sink was not even working, the bathroom was horrible the toilet was moving from the floor you cant even sit to do your thing right, shower was completely a dirty mess that we buy a shower head because the shower head was missing, marihuana smell, weird people at overnight walking the hallways making myself and my family unsafe, management were friendly but theyre not ready for this since theres no organization and its very sad but this place will need to be renovating in all different ways and areas, the only good part is that youre on front of old town and have the theme parks close but it is not good for a long or short stay

The room was dirty, had an unpleasant smell and was full of cockroaches. Terrible customer service. Walkability: Close to parks.

This place has a pool that cannot be used as it has a sign that the pool is not up to code, room service disgusting, room dirty, frig yeah OK, dryer nope another guest was angry as he had to go elsewhere to dry his clothes, for the money spent here drive the extra and get a cleaner, better room Noteworthy details: Stay Elsewhere
