By far the worst experience with the lack of urgency the pharmacy has. Prescription has been in since 10:00 am I get a notification that there is an issue with the insurance which I have already put in the system multiple times. I call to give the information in and they transfer my call wait on the call for an hour only to have the automated machine hang up. I call multiple times to only be placed on the same machine. Once I finally have someone home to stay with my sick child I come in to wait 30 mins on the line and be told its going to be another 2 hours before I can get his medicine and it is now 3:30. This is ridiculous the lack of urgency or attention to detail. I have bring in his insurance card multiple times why is it not in the system yet. Why do we hear people laughing in the back and the window is empty with a long line. Management needs to do better and hold people accountable. Im all for having a good day at work but the customer or in this case the patients come first.

The pharmacy always has a long line in the drive thru and inside every time I go. Otherwise, it's fine.

How is it possible that this is a 24-7 pharmacy and they know its high traffic but they only have ONE (1) employee in the pharmacy and the wait time just to speak to the ONE EMPLOYEE is over an hour. management needs to make this a priority. They need at least 3 pharmacy employees at night for this to flow appropriately and be of actual service to our community.

Horrible service in the pharmacy. Very long line waiting for a prescription. Not enough people working. We waited over an hour. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
