It's hard to went a place supost to treating you like human and they're Not. The lady's in front desk dosent have the capacity to talk nice to a people always mad, always have an actitud, they need to training that's lady's. I guest time to go to another place.

When I went to this office it was for Dr. Rebecca Prez since she left it's been a disaster. I've been waiting for my medications for two weeks, they supposedly had been sent for two weeks. I call the pharmacy and they tell me that they didn't send them, every appointment I I go to Dr. Hernndez always in a hurry, she never finished telling her what is happening with my health because they don't give me a chance how horrible they play with the health of the patients and the other time you have to make two different appointments, one for the medications and the other to read to you the results or to tell you the conditions one has this is unacceptable. Today, April 6, 2022, I received a letter from this doctor's office informing me that she refuses to continue being my primary doctor because she alleges that I disrespect her, if disrespect is to tell her the truth about what happened to me, let me know. They left me without medication for more than three months because if I disrespected her because they were irresponsible and when she was taking care of me she told me something else so that later you don't say that something is missing all in a hurry and she says that I disrespected when she was the one I was in a hurry as always, I am very glad that I am not your patient anymore, you are irresponsible
