Cano Health - Kissimmee

The doctor is amazing but the staff is really horrible. You go to check out and no one is ever there I waited 15 mins and no one came. I asked the girl is the front if she could check me out and she said she is doing something rudely. Barely any of the staff speak English. I think English should be the first language and Spanish should be the second. I understand a lot of people speak Spanish but people also speak English. Most of the staff are rude excluding the doctors. I really wish my doctor was with a different place because I absolutely hate cano health. This is the second location I tried.

They canceled my appointment and then they scheduled me 2 months wait and I am diabetic and pregnant. I am asking if someone cancels so they can call me. But they said no this is the soonest we have . No sense no human feelings.

Waiting 1 month for a referral and you call customer service and they leave you waiting for 1 hour with no response. No wonder what is happening with you is happening. Now to look for another primary Doctor. Playing with patients' health!
