        I have been having issues with my online login for over a month. I have tried every different option to solve the problem called customer service but they said that it was my phone and for me to contact my cell provider, which I did. Today I decided to visit the branch in person. Spoke with Amy Cicio and she took the time to figure out what was going on that I was not able to access my account. She was patient and was able to solve the problem. Now I can access my account. Thank you Amy you are a blessing and your professionalism is not unnoticed.

        I brought my account positive after a charge hit overnight, while I was ASLEEP. Four or five hours later, I was charges a "courtesy fee" for Fairwinds "paying " for the charge that I had expressly added money to cover and brought my account positive. I called to try and see about a reversal, but was told no (they had had to do this before for me because of a similar incident - apparently I'm supposed to be waking every hour to ensure this doesn't happen overnight?) The entire system needs an overhaul.

        Very quick and easy service! Had to get a replacement card and I was able to get a new one printed so easily, without hassle or having to wait like with other banks. 10/10 customer service
