Went to get makeup here and got a brand that's not so known.. very disappointed... It seemed old and used... I won't go back again

I was told by phone to come in and I would be given a sample of an Estee Lauder foundation I was thinking of switching over to. After driving 17 miles to get there, a very rude salesperson told me that Estee Lauder does not allow a sample to be given--even though the person I spoke with by phone checked to make sure they had the tester of the color I needed. I've spent $1000's of dollars in this store and was made to feel horrible for wanting to "try" a small sample of a foundation before I switched and possibly wasted a $60 bottle of foundation. Horrific attitude and customer service were skills non-existent. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but this girl needs to find another line of work where she doesn't deal with the public.
