        I have been trying to get a copy of my medical records for 3 weeks. Holly the coordinator (after promising me my medical records after a phone request on March 18th and telling me Ill get it to you before end of day) has refused to return my calls or just send me my medical records. I call almost daily and they keep saying she will get back to me and doesnt. This prompted me to drive an hour here today and I arrived at 12:37 PM. Their hours say they are open till 2:00 PM on Fridays. Yet, this place is closed and there isnt anyone here. I just want my medical records.
