tried to email Rick who is dealing with my FIRPTA withholding many times without reply ..I have reported this to Gina and Derrick also and still no reply ..I see from other reviews that I am not the only one with this problem..what is going on .unfortunately being in the UK I cannot turn up at he office

I wish I could say something good about my experience. The fact I have to give them even 1 star is unnerving. My experience with Rick has been nothing short of missed deadlines, late fees, misleading information , excuses and a serious lack of communication. I would never treat my clients in the same manner in which I have been treated. I can see from the past reviews I am not the only one.I emailed the firm to give them a chance to do the right thing. While I did receive a reply, I have not yet received the information I was supposed to receive. We have not received 1099's for our independent contractors, which is past due now. I was told our quarterly filings were filed weeks ago and found it was not the case. I am expecting another late fee for this. They did not even address the direct lies and misleading information provided by Rick. In fact, they gave excuses for him. No apology just more excuses for his behavior.I would steer clear from any dealings with this firm. There is no accountability and the lack of care and diligence for their clients is disturbing.
