        I wont say the representatives name because I dont want to cost someone their job but this third party location is NO good. They go into accounts knowing and seeing that the person is not authorize (everything for a sale) and on top of that after my family member left the store, they added a feature without authorization just to get payed out or meet their metrics. This is aside from lying during the sale to get people to buy more things. I tried calling the store several time to get this fixed but no one would answer.
