I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the customer service. Not only was the staff unhelpful and indifferent, but the wait time for service was excruciatingly long. It felt like they had no regard for their customers' time or satisfaction. Avoid this place if you value efficient service and respectful treatment.

Terrible experience, unfortunately I took my car to change the tires and the managers did not want to do it because supposedly with their tools they could not remove the nuts from the tires, the funny thing is that I arrived at the tires to test and removed them without any problem. In short, when they don't want to work, you don't have to force them.

Worst ever. Over 2 hrs wait to find out they don't have my size tire for a Honda accord. Went to Mavis same price 40 min install. Will never use this center again.
