I have never scrapped before, but if I ever do again I will never use Preston's. The signage is confusing and we followed the truck in front of us. We waited 15 minutes and the employee told us to go to the scale. We went back to the scale and we were met by another employee, I didn't catch his name, but he had long greasy hair and was in need of dental work. This employee yelled at us for skipping the line (we were the last car in line). He told us to leave, because they were closed. I tried to explain and he complained about how much he worked. I asked for a recommendation for a scrap yard open. He told me to go home and slamed the door.

That give a decent price for scrap. I dislike the single scale it's always a pain trying to get in or out of the yard.

False accusations for a mistake that was never made. The use of foul language to a customer. I understand your job is rough and life is not easy but training your employees how to behave is your job.
