        My family, including my 8 yo nephew and 80 yo mom was here for vacation. I dropped them off at Disney and was on the way back to the airbnb and I got into a minor crash resulting in a loose bumper. After 2 hours of waiting and dealing with highway patrol, I was advised to secure my bumper before the car can be taken to the shop. I stopped by the nearest Advanced Auto Parts and was so lucky to have Brandyn help me. He recomended me to get zipties. I told him I didn't know how and prob was not strong enough to secure the bumper. He gladly helped me and did such a wonderful job! I felt so relieved seeing the car was safe for the road. Brandyn went above and beyond my expectation, not only by what he did, but also in his genuine attitude to help. Kudos to Brandyn!
