Hello! Im Eugene Hamlin, a veteran living in Big Key Pine, Florida. From time to time, I ride the VA bus up to Miami, for medical treatment at the VA hospital. So, today, Jimmy drove the VA bus up to Miami, so I could meet a medical appointment at the VA hospital. Because of that, I would like thank whoever hired Jimmy to drive the van. On several occasions, he has drove the van up to Miami, so my comments are not based on one trip alone. First of all, Jimmy is very safety conscious, so he drives carefully and thoughtfullynot only in the Keysbut in the congested and heavy traffic in Miami. Often, in the Miami trafficwhich is hectic, to say the least, he never gets provoked when cars cut him off aggressively, and navigates and works his way to the VA hospital safely. Also, which is important to me, he drives very smoothly. In the heavy Miami traffic, he does not accelerate hard or hit the brakes quickly. That means that when we arrive at the VA Hospital, Im relaxed and refreshed to meet my medical appointments. Finally, Jimmy has a calm temperament and personality. Thats important because veterans are concerned about their health and well-being as they travel to and from the hospital. Thank you for hiring Jimmy into your organization. In appreciation, Eugene Hamlin
