Great friendly rental group, even offers concierge services. Easy check in and out. Very prompt in answering questions or concerns. Lots of rental types and locations to choose from. Highly recommend

Kevin and company gave us personal service when requested and had great suggestions and recommendations about what to do and eat on the island. This locale is centrally located and we were able to walk, take the conch train, or rent a golf cart and go everywhere. Venue was private, quiet and relaxing and other tenants friendly and respectful. This place will be my "go to" when visiting Key West.

Stayed at Casa Margarita. Will never rent from them again. Reached out MULTIPLE times via phone and email and they have yet to even respond for months. Obviously have yet to remedy the situation (or even attempt to). We have rented from them at the same house multiple times. Price was twice as expensive. Theyve done some renovations since our last visit. Rooms were constantly hot, especially one room in particular. This time there was a constant jackhammer from 8-8 making it impossible to hear yourself think. Coupled with the unsanitary condition of the hot tub with dirty water and filter that gave multiple guests ear infections. When we looked at the filter, this is what we found. See photos. Take your money somewhere else.

The unit is in a group of six houses with two units in each house. As you enter the complex through a locked gate, the court yard and grounds are well maintained with a small pool. I would rate the courtyard as a five. The unit itself was adequately clean and the furnishings were adequate. The only shower was disgusting looking and old. The entire bathroom really needs to be updated. The bedroom was rather warm with the ac running even though the outdoor temperature was 71 as the high. The television did not work and a complaint was made to the rental company Key West Hideaways who never returned our call. Some of the blinds were broken and a few of the windows were filthy. One of the smoke detectors had no battery and didnt work. The rental company allowed us to get in the unit an hour early but we had to stop at the rental company just to get the code to get into the unit. It cost us an extra 10 bucks for the taxi to stop there, which isnt really a big deal, but we felt it was totally unnecessary as they could of just emailed the code. The price we paid was $625.00 a night which seemed way too much for what we got, even by Key West standards. Probably wouldnt stay there again.
