        Do not rent from this company. They are in the business of selling homes not renting them. I had a home on Sunset Key rented from them which sold a month after I setup the rental. They then placed us in another home on Sunset Key which sold two weeks before our planned arrival. It's un-ethical to rent homes when the primary intent is to sell the home. Beware.
