I hired them to fix a leaky toilet and gave them clear instructions on what was needed.  They came out and then sent an invoice.  I assumed it was fixed.  Then I got a huge water bill.  Turns out they did not fix it.They said they asked the renter what was needed instead of doing what I asked or calling me.Then they want me to pay again to come out and fix their screw up.Stay away from this company.  They will not follow simple instructions and then they will blame you.

Our old water heater went out and we reached out to three local plumbers for quotes. Tony Herce was available for same day or the next day, and was also the cheapest option. Not only were their rates reasonable, but they even gave us some options to save even more, such as buying the water heater ourselves from Home Depot, and scheduling a free pickup from Waste Management for the old heater so we didn't need to pay the commercial disposal fee. Just over 2 hours after calling we were all setup with a brand new water heater installed and running, with a total cost of less than half what the other plumbers would charge for the "flat rate" water heater installation. If I could give them 10 starts I would in a heartbeat! They came in first thing in the morning in a response on an emergency call, fixed the main waterline within 30 -45 min.
