Alan Fowler was fantastic , he understand that my experience had really harmed me mentally and emotionally. He handled me with kid gloves and he was so kind and really understood my fears. Took time to just address my fears even, he cared professionally and personally. He was not going to do anything less than win for me. He is a fighter, I thought no one would get me out of this misunderstanding, but he fought for over 3 years to vindicate me. I would not recommend anyone else for any legal needs. Alan is a true American Veteran that has served and still serves his military brothers and sisters with honor and distinction.. He was willing to lend his help to me and my family in need and called back when time was of the essence which is very rare for an attorney to do. Alan and team did a great job getting my ticket from Florida Game and Fish reduced to a second degree misdemeanor. They were very professional and I would highly recommend him to anybody involved with the courts. The fees were set and agreed upon in the beginning and never had any additional fees. Great Job Alan! PS Very disappoint in Florida Game and Fish and how they endangered the guest on my boat when they took the captain away and left 3 people to fend for themselves, locked out of the 53' Catamaran, in a storm that had no idea how to drive a boat. This could have turned into a very dangerous and possibly deadly situation. They had to spend the night on the outside of the boat on anchor in the storm. Shame on you Florida Game and Fish! No concern for safety of lives!
