We need to put a wide impact window and build a wall to replace the existing old Naco window. Bryan managed to fit us in his very busy schedule. He maintained good communication with us since we were not in town at the time. He did a very good job and we are very pleased with the result. Full disclaimer. I never made it to actually employing this company and that is the reason I am going out of my way to leave one star and would leave zero stars if it were an option. I was referred to this company by a friend who knew someone who knew Brian, one of the contractors for Barracuda. I must have called his personal number 5 times and left 5 messages. I also called the main number you find when you Google and left 5 messages. This was over the course of about 2 weeks. Now, do you think they had the common courtesy or decency to give me a return phone call since I made these calls about two weeks ago? Absolutely not! Not one single, solitary response. I don't care how busy or awesome they think they are, this is the most disrespectful, lack of common courtesy and poor business practices I have ever experienced. I am so absolutely appalled with how they conduct business that my hand was forced to write this review. Please do not waste your time with this contracting company as I unfortunately did as they must have better things to do. I also really hope they respond so I can finally tell them in person my feelings about them.

Had spalling repairs done on my home, about 25 feet. Bryan scoped the project and put it in queue this past Winter. The project was completed last month (expected). His crew was very professional and made sure to check in with me if I had any questions before and during the work, which took about a week. They cleaned up each day and I barely noticed they were around except for the noise, but you can't fault them for that :). Very happy with the work, the crew's service, and the admin service for talking to Bryan and his office staff. I'm relatively new to the area and have gotten used to not hearing from people after a while. Bryan and his team will get back to you. I didn't compare cost, but you can't put a price on service. Very happy I didn't have to track Bryan or anyone from his team down. I will be having additional work done by Bryan and his team in the future.
