Wayne was fair, honest, and gave a reasonable and timely estimate for our renovation. His staff were knowledgeable and did a great job with both the rough work and finish work. He used all vinyl trim outside to minimize future maintenance and pressure treated wood for framing. The hardwood floor in the addition matched perfectly with existing floor and was a seamless transition. Due to long wait time for the hurricane window, he reinstalled the old window allowing us to get into the room and came back to install new window as soon as it arrived. I highly recommend this contractor and will use him again when I replace my existing windows with impact resistant windows. Services: General construction, Install flooring, Home renovations

This guy is awful. We hired him to install some windows and trim. Took him 8 months. Then when he finally finished, he sent a final bill. We made payment. He neglected to check his PO Box and started threatening us. He is a world class douche. Don't hire him.

DO NOT waste your time with Garcia Contractors! They installed some wood flooring in my house and did a horrible job. Now the entire "project" has to be demo'd and redone - hopefully by someone more competent. At first, Wayne will sound concerned about his mistake, but will eventually stop caring and move on to the his next victim once he has your money. Thousands of dollars and plenty of phone calls/texts later I have shoddy floors and no credit from Wayne to replace them.
