Did the morning mimosa cruise. Advertising is a bit misleading. Anything but relaxing, couldn't carry on a conversation the boat was going fast and went 4 miles out saw 4 dolphins and then raced back in. Guide barely spoke to us except to request a 20 percent tip.

I visited June 2023 on a trip with my sisters and this was my first tiki boat experience, first time in Key West. Loved the sand bar, water trampoline, and that we were able to use our own music playlists for the ride out and time down at the bar. The sour note of the experience was my phone flying into the ocean. Our captain did not do a thorough overview of where we could store our items, no proper orientation so to speak when first boarded (it was a bit rushed at the start). Consequently, I was not aware that there were little baskets/ sections for belongings, specifically electronics. On the ride out to the sand bar, the boat was going really fast and my cell phone slipped, hit the floor of the boat and slid right into the ocean . All in all, if this didn't happen to my phone, the experience was really great, I would repeat. Losing my phone and learning after the fact (I noticed them when we docked at the sand bar, the captain never explained that to us, we just boarded, chose music, and we took off) that there was actual compartments for situations like this just contributes to the rating I am leaving.
