    We used Servpro of the Florida keys for a second time this year and couldnt be happier. This project was a new composite deck on our home. The service was great, timely and done with wonderful craftsmanship. Joseph Diaz the Production Manager could not have been more responsive or hands on. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

    Will never use them again. Told them I only needed an estimate for my insurance company and they told me they could come out that day, on a Sunday. I said great, how much will it cost. They never gave me a number. They come out, took photos (which I already took and sent to them myself), said what I would need. Had to call the boss to get an estimate and explain again, that I did not need it done now. They told me it would cost just over $1000, but either way I owed them $375 for just coming out and looking at it today. Was never told that before they came. They still did nothing back take photos and stand there. Still owed them $375. Will. Never. Use. Them. Again.
