However, when you requested an estimate before continuing with the work while onsite, we faced limitations as it was a weekend, making it challenging to provide a detailed estimate promptly. An estimate for any emergency service is not required by insurance, so no price was given beforehand as we were not able to determine what was needed by pictures alone. We also regret any confusion regarding the deposit. It appears there was a lack of clarity regarding the potential costs associated with the on-site evaluation during the weekend.
