This place is one of our favorite spots, we will definitely be coming back! We stayed in the #2 upstairs apartment. It was very private, new shades cover all the windows at night, and by day you can see the water on three sides. The owner JC is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The place was recently remodeled, very nice furnishings, and super clean. It has a very nice large shower. The kayaks and paddle boards he provides are in very good condition. My wife and I paddled 7 miles one day. We saw manitee, stingrays, tarpon, and dolphins. If you hit the grocery store in homestead or key largo you can leave your car keys in the room and just paddle everyday, thats what we did. JC can help you with any questions you have about the area, the welcome packet sent via email is very thorough on how the get there, and places to paddle. It was a perfect getaway from a snowy winter, we hope to be back soon.

We recently rented a property in Manatee cove from Airbnb. My mom ended up coming with us last minute, so we needed to find another property close by and we were fortunate enough to be referred by our host to the Marina Properties. JC was amazing to work with. We got my mom set up in the lower apartment of the marina. It was large and spacious. We also ended up renting a boat from them for a couple days. The boat rental was priced very well, and it was actually nicer than many of the boats we have rented in the Keys which we paid nearly double for! The communication from JC was stellar. He was always so quick to respond and was extremely accommodating. Overall, we are so thankful for the recommendation, and we will definitely be back in the future!
