All Keys Boat lifts

They recently installed a boat lift in our house in Tavernier, The process from start to finish was fast and easy, Paige in the office was always ready to answer any questions and accommodate all our requests. There is a lot of competition for boat lift in the Upper Keys, we contacted other company, but All Keys Boat Lifts was the easiest to deal with. I would recommend them without hesitation. I hired a company out of Miami to do some work at mile marker 107. They left a lot of loose ends and walked off the job because they were not able to comply with Monroe county permitting. Ryan and Kim took care of everything where they left off and did a beautiful job on the dock and lift. DO NOT USE THIS OPERATION! TECHNICIANS ARE SLOPPY! They came out to service our davits this July. The service person broke our water spicket on our dock, and argued with us that they weren't responsible as it was old. They glued it and then when it popped off, they told us that we hadn't listened and turned the water back on too soon- WE DID NOT DO THIS. They sent a plumber out to fix it after basically calling us liars. They left the davits on our dock, not put back up and when my husband when to put them up, he discovered that one of them was going in the "wrong direction". I called them today and they said that one of them must have "re-spooled" because we used them ( again, our boat has not been up on the davits) and that this was our fault. They could come back out and FIX our davits for $200!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!! STAY CLEAR AND PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY> I live at MM 106.

The company is very responsive and helpful. The staff are friendly and hard working individuals. Definitely recommend their services. Amazing quality family business.
