Snorkel the Keys

Bob took us out today, he changed the schedule to help us get better weather, it was an absolute blast!!! Im so glad we chose Snorkel the Keys, we will be booking again when we return. Highly recommended!!! Great Boat!! Great equipment!! Great experience!!! Thank you!!!

My family had a great time going on a snorkeling adventure with Snorkel the Keys! It was so nice and totally worth it to do a private snorkel adventure.

Captain Bob at Snorkel the Keys was AMAZING!!! He helped my dive shop out by taking a private snorkel charter on a trip on Valentine's Day when our boat was already booked for a public charter. Scheduling the reservation was beyond easy, he answers his phone promptly or returns your call as soon as possible. He communicated clearly and in a very timely manner leading up to the trip, and he was prepared, prompt and welcoming on the day of the trip. He took our group of 3 snorkelers and myself as their private snorkel guide on his comfortable and well appointed boat, his safety briefing was very thorough and I felt very confident that I knew where everything was and would be able to assist him or render aid to our guests despite having never been on his boat before. He had some great music to play on the canal ride and some phenomenal information about the history of some of the properties along the canal. At the first of two locations, I was able to show our snorkelers barracuda, multiple species of parrotfish, trumpetfish, angelfish, tangs, and tons of other gorgeous species. At the second location, I was able to show my group the Christ of the Abyss statue before exploring the area and getting an incredible view of the location before finding not one but TWO stunningly beautiful blacktip reef sharks (extremely rare at that site) back to back and then about 2 minutes later located a GORGEOUS little green female sea turtle hanging out on the bottom. I showed my guests porcuipine fish, HUGE black and gag grouper and TONS of other beautiful critters. This was my guests first trip to Florida and they had smiles for miles thanks to Bob's expert knowledge of where the best conditions would be found that day. 20/10 I would LOVE to join him again and I highly recommend him to anyone interested in booking a very affordable private snorkel or eco tour!

Snorkeling the Keys private tour was incredible! From the beginning Bob (the captain/owner) was very communicative. He was very thorough in guiding us through everything from fitting us all in flippers, snorkels and wetsuits to explaining the how and why to get back in the boat when we were finished. We all felt well prepared before we went in the water. The equipment was clean and in perfect condition. The snorkeling itself was amazing!!! We saw so many different beautiful fish. I can not recommend this tour with Bob enough and will definitely do it again when in Key Largo.
