        WORST Bank EVER!! If I can give them zero stars I would! Ive banked here for over 20 years! In the past year every time I come in, the teller gives me a problem. They are sooo short staffed and the girl has an attitude. The wait time is ridiculously long. Im pulling all my accounts from this bank. DO yourself a favor and DONT bank here!!!

        This Bank is a joke. Just left Bank of UnAmerica because of so many clerks that don't speak English and have attitude only to come to Wells Fargo to make a large opening deposit only to be told at 1pm were not taking anymore business today you will have to come back. I just laughed at them and said that's fine I will take my money somewhere else. Unbelievable, just read the reviews they say it all. Never again.

        Love this branch! Front desk tellers and bankers are busy but so very helpful. I rarely wait more than 5 mins to be seen. HOWEVER, THE BANK NEEDS TO MOVE THE SIGN TO THE ROAD. I have lived in the area for 6 years and pass this branch EVERY TIME. It is impossible to see (for new customers and visitors too) due to trees and distance from the highway . If I did not have an account there, I would NEVER KNOW Key Largo had a branch.

        I opened a personal account around a month or so back. Somehow, I got hacked. I found out I had been hacked when I received an email saying the bank was closing my account. Despite trying to get an answer as to why, all I got was a canned response regurgitating facts I already knew. I get hacked and get my account closed. SMH
