I can't understand the poor reviews I see here as my experiences with Barb has always been ideal. From the initial contact regarding the rental property to the deposit check coming back after we're done she is professional and punctual. I've rented from her multiple times and have never had an issue with her. Had issues with the properties at times of course but nothing that was her fault. What issues we have had she's quickly resolved. I've never had a disappointment with her quite frankly. No, she is not a chit-chatter but she's not there for that. She knows the deal and gets it done. Will only rent from her if possible when I am in the Keys every year. No worries.

Similar terrible experience as the previous comments. We had friends visit with us during our vacation rental and she lurked around at night to see if they went to their hotel (which we provided proof of having) every single night of our stay. She also charged us for a new tv and a couch repair when the tv didnt work upon arrival and we had no issues with sitting on the couch. We feel violated and taken advantage of. BBB complaint is pending. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANYTHING SHE MANAGES.
