We were incredibly lucky to have worked with Vivi! In this super hot market, we were so nervous we would not find anything in our budget. Vivi took the time to get to know us, what we really needed, and patiently took us from place to place. She wasnt pushy at all but you can tell shes smart and guides you towards whats best for you. She was also so helpful during the offer process and even during contracting. She helped us understand the mortgage process, the closing process, dealing with the condo association, and even helping us almost everyday getting ready for the remodel. Vivi is so patient and giving. She always took the time to answer all our questions. I wouldnt work with anyone else. Love her!
