        Terrible! These people are unprofessional, rude , arrogant, disrespectful and Pamela the owner left me and my family with no sink because God forbid they come across a dissatisfied customer when they dont do their job and then say go find another plumber and hang up on my face. I just read the response from Pamela Let me set the record straight: her response is untrue. I unfortunately expect nothing less from this company than instead of taking responsibility, they chose to falsely attack my character and shift the blame to the customer. This is beyond upsetting and unacceptable and false. I am now scrambling to find someone to help me and ensure a sink for my family and children. This is BEYOND ABSURD AND WRONG!! They did not do the job right from the beginning and instead of being responsible, respectful and honest and caring this company exited the situation, left me hanging and the WORST PART have the audacity to blame me!! No way !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY theres nothing worse than what I have unfortunately experienced with this company Zero customer service obviously Zero sense of responsibility Zero concern for the well being of a family and people in general STAY AWAY FROM this company STAY AWAY

The service and support they offer is impeccable. Among the business practices I most appreciate are their professionalism and promptness. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable. They have been able to quickly analyze and solve complex problems efficiently, not stopping until the issue is fixed the first time. Another business practice I really appreciate is that when you call the office, the Business Manager actually answers the phone! (So rare these days!). Call-A-Plumbers prices are very reasonable and they have the proper credentials to be approved by the exclusive condo buildings in the city. So. If you want an excellent, knowledgeable plumbing contractor, who prompt, polite, trustworthy and reasonably priced, Call - A - Plumber. You will be as pleased as I.       Hi Ignacio, I am sorry you are unhappy with the service. When you called to order the job, you were informed of the hourly rate and of the time it typically takes to do the job. In addition to the wax ring, the toilet needed a new toilet flange, plus the parts to re-set the toilet, including a new toilet water supply line. Also, the plumber took apart your lavatory faucet in order to determine the correct repair parts needed as there was no brand name on the faucet. Repair parts are specific for brand and model. If there is no name on the fixture, all we can do is take it apart for identification. Otherwise, the faucet needs to be replaced. When we spoke on the phone after the job was completed, I wish you had let me know you were not happy about the bill. I would have gladly resolved the issue with you in a positive manner. We are not out to take advantage of anyone. We truly appreciate all our clients. Our rates are competitive with other plumbing companies in the area. They reflect the operating costs of a construction industry company. As a good will gesture, I refunded $80.00 to your credit card. Best regards, Pamela Benn. Call A Plumber.

      Mr. Gherardi was verbally abusive to me. His girlfriend hired us to replace a bathroom sink. The size we ordered was incorrect. I was working to get a replacement sink. I was keeping his girlfriend informed as she was the contact person. Mr. Gherardi called me yesterday to express is dissatisfaction. He very angry, yelling at me, berating me and my company. He also used profanity telling me to go to hell. This is abusive behavior and because of this behavior, I told Mr. Gherardi he needed to call another plumber. I am not going to work with someone who is abusive to me. I can understand someone being upset about a situation. However, Mr. Gherardi was out of line. It is possible to express dissatisfaction in a calm manner. Had he not attacked me, I would have informed him we found a replacement sink and we were prepared to return to his unit today to complete the installation. We are in business to take care of people. We always try to do our best. If there is ever an issue, we work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Had Mr. Gherardi not been abusive to me, we would have resolved the situation in a positive manner. And now, Mr. Gherardi continues his attack on me and my company by posting an untruthful, negative review.
