As of today (11/9/2022), I ordered stickers for my car on 9/16/2022 and has yet to receive my merchandise. I have tried calling, emailing, tweets, Instagram, all to no avail. I dont understand why I have not been contacted or received my purchase. I am not happy.

Tiregraficx has outstanding service and an amazing product. The owner has repeatedly went out of his way to give me an over the top experience. It's important when ordering tire stickers to make sure you are getting the best glue and stickers for a long lasting product and they deliver this.

If you are looking for raised white letters, you may want to choose a different company. First off, the kit does not nearly come with enough glue and second, the company fails to stand behind their product. Update: new owner contacted me and refused to offer any type of refund. He offered to send me a replacement product that supposedly uses different glue. I no longer own the car and have no need for another set. I believe the new owner should have offered a refund of some type. Oh well- my loss once again. I hope everyone reads reviews of products.

Ordered a set of 8 tire stickers. Had to order custom. Sent a picture of the tire So Tiregraficx could match Oem lettering on tire. They asked what font. So when the sticker do not match or even come close . You have no recourse. Because customer service no clue on what they are selling. l was asked what font l said l wanted to match oem as close as we could get. I was asked again what font. They offer many different fonts. They were no help. So I went with the Goodyear font .not even close to what I wanted. So l called customer service . I was told that they would try a make a set.would need to pay shipping. Thought ok. So send all the information again . Just to be told we can not do it . So basically l will not get a refund. So beware .if you just want put the stickers anywhere the tire they would work. But in my opinion there product is not worth the hassle . No customer service. All talk no problem solving. You should take your money that you would spend on these stickers and throw it out your window driving down the road. it would take less time wasting 140 bucks
