        prompt! listened and fixed!! so pleased , other companies didnt show, or told me i was crazy. i was right in that previous ones hooked up stuff wrong! these guys are GREAT!

        Called Leland Plumbing bc they were highly recommended by a friend. Was not disappointed. They are very polite and friendly on the phone. Steve was the plumber who showed up. He was nice and professional and diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. Will definitely use them again.

        I was over charged by this company. The Float Mechanism for the toilet runs at the hardware store $12.99 - $33.99 and a Flapper runs $6.99 - $30.00 depending on your choice. I was charged $195.00 for just the Float. I was told it would be $100.00 more to replace the Flapper. The Plumber was here for less than 15 minutes and I was originally quoted $69.00 for the service call. The Plumber moved a piece of medical equipment to the entrance of the bathroom and left it there blocking the hallway. He had to walk around it when leaving and I had to get a neighbor to help put it back where it was stored.

      I’m sorry to hear you were upset with the last visit. I see that we have been at your home 6 times in the last 4 years and you continue to call us back so I was shocked to see your 2 star review. We gave you the pricing up front like we do with all of our clients, before we started the work and you agreed to the price so I’m confused why you gave us a 2 star review. We do not buy our parts at Ace Hardware, we use plumbing several plumbing suppliers that offer superior materials and you have been happy with our work in the past. If there is anything that I can do to help you please call our office and we can work it out. You are a great client and we would like to earn your confidence back in our company.
