        Although this is my Absolute favorite Car Rental Agency and the Men that work at this particular location are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, I encountered a female employee that got offended when I told her that her fingers were in control of charging me for being 20min late, I come in monthly and sometimes more depending on my Appointments. I've never been charged a late fee, nor have I received credit for returning a Vehicle early. I've overfilled gas never have I been credited for anything, but this young lady not only charged me for being 1 hr late but also charged me for fuel when the vehicle was returned with a full tank. These charges are Bogus and I've never experienced anything like this in any way shape or form. If your feelings were hurt Ma'am you need a different Job because you're dealing with the public and I was not Rude nor did I curse you, I simply said your fingers are the cause for the charges. I'm due a FULL REFUND for these charges and a Apology for the inconvenience from this Employee.
