I was charged incorrectly at the store when I made a purchase. I have been trying to communicate via email, DM and telephone ALL WEEK long and it is impossible. No one has the courtesy of responding.

I don't usually do this and how sad I have to do it. Today I went to the Dadeland Mall store, and the service from the workers was horrible towards me. Unfortunately, her treatment made me not even want to see anything that was in the store. I blush at everything she told me, it made me feel extremely bad. What bad customer service!!!! I bought a beautiful dress but after 5 days I tried to return it because I hadn't worn it. I went to the Doral store and the Manager informed me that she could not give me a refund but could exchange it for another outfit and that for a refund I should go to the original store, which was Dadeland Mall. No problem, I went to Dadeland Mall and guess what? They don't give refunds!!!! So each Garota store has its own criteria according to the manager's mood. I will never buy from this store again.
