I'm so happy we found this place. Dr. Barbara Campos was excellent at taking care of our sick dog. We found this place last minute after our regular vet made us wait HOURS as my dog was wining in the waiting room in pain (search my other reviews and you will see.) We were immediately brought into a room and taken care of. I appreciate the hard work of all staff working at this location. Thank you all for treating us so well after our bad experience somewhere else.

Impeccable experience at South Dade VCA. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Torres was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough. I am happy to have chosen this clinic for the health care of my bunny, looking forward to many years of great care.

My bunny, Othello, was a patient here for all his life. Towards the second half of his life, he would see Dr. Vicente Torres often. Dr. Torres, I am grateful you gave Othello care. He is very knowledgeable and cares for his patients. Unfortunately my bunny passed away recently at the hospital from an emergency situation (none of which is VCAs fault for his passing) - and Dr. Torres wanted answers himself for why this happened to him and he did a necropsy for my baby boy for free. The office staff is also good about remembering who is who, specifically Carlos in the front desk. They recognize their patients. I am grateful for them being there for Othello's care. When Othello had GI stasis the first time some years ago, Dr. Harris performed a risky life saving procedure on him that allowed me more years with my bunny. For Othello's 2nd GI stasis, both Dr. Talavera and Dr. Torres helped him through it. They both also helped with his skin irritation he had at some point. To me, Dr. Torres is very passionate about his work there at VCA. Of course I will still be going there because I do have a cockatiel and they've always done a good job with him. The newest doctor, Dr. Pardini, saw Yuuki recently for a sinus infection he had and she was able to quickly notice that was his issue and of course performed the proper tests. He became like a new bird after doing the medicines that Dr. Pardini prescribed. Again, thank you Dr. Torres for the care you gave to Othello.
