Wow what a difference is all I can say. Ive been going to an old school dentist for over 20 years and was lucky enough to be recommended to Bliss Dental. Modern office with the latest technology, Dr Gaertner is excellent ! They are very clear concerning cost covered by insurance and all your options. No surprises. Appointments on time. Staff friendly and very responsive. Dental cleaning was day and night difference. No pain or discomfort during procedure. Look no further you will not be disappointed with Bliss Dental.

The kindest and most compassionate dental team I have encountered in all my years on the planet. I called the office as a new patient while I was in severe pain and had been diagnosed with a cracked tooth elsewhere. They allowed me to come in immediately and they squeezed me in within their busy tight schedule. Their goal was to relieve my pain on same day. Dr Goertner was gentle and made every effort to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I have found my forever dental team. Highly recommend Bliss Dental!

First off Dr. Gaertner is the best. Unfortunately, his staff needs better communication skills with patients. This is the 3rd time I make an appointment to see him and they schedule me just for a cleaning. Then when I ask why this keeps happening they tell me it was only put in for a cleaning. It is frustrating because of having to miss work etc. and they also arent checking the notes because they wouldve seen I just had a cleaning 2months ago. Additionally, every time I come in they tell me I have a balance. Whatever the insurance doesnt pay due to CAP they charge the patient, but this happens every time I go, and they say we give an estimate and that is how they justify this frustration. It truly is sad because this dentist is amazing but having to deal with these constant miscommunications or lack thereof, is frustrating. Confirm all details when you call, when you confirm the appointment, with your insurance before you get into the chair because unfortunately this seems to be a constant reoccurrence.

We are new patients to Bliss Dental and I must say what an incredible experience we had. My daughter has major anxiety towards any dental procedures due to many past unforeseen circumstances that she has had to endure. Thankfully we were at the right place at the right time. She was in major need of treatment and the Bliss Dental team did everything in their power to make sure it took place. The staff was very comforting and understanding to her needs. They made sure she felt safe, comfortable, and at ease the entire time. Dr. Andy Gaertner was incredible. He took care of my daughters dental emergency in such a nurturing, safe, and comforting way. She knew what was taking place every step of the way, as he took his time to let her know in a very very sweet and understanding way. He boosted her confidence and made her realize that she was where she needed to be. She left with a smile and feeling great knowing she was in great hands. I could not ask for a better outcome and dentist. Love Bliss Dental, greatly recommend it.
