First Alert Hurricane Shutters, Windows & Wholesale

On January 21st 2024 I went to the Port St Lucie Home Show to look at replacement options for my 96" slider (2 pieces) which was not doing the job. I was interested in an attractive double French Door with sidelite system, and was curious as to my options and price. Talked to five different potential suppliers but only First Alert followed up without being pushed, and they have a good process to see a project to completion. They were easy to deal with, helpful and informative, and it was clear to me that they were reasonable and and capable, and wanted the job. Their beautiful door system was installed yesterday and works perfectly. Their 3 man installation team were efficient and effective in installing this large heavy door, and doing all the small things that make it look and work perfectly. I will deal with them again.

My patio door broke so decided to replace it, quoted some other companies and choose First Alert because Bill answer all my questions was very patience and knowledgeable about impact doors and windows. So made the decision of changing all my doors and windows, for a reasonable price. Raquel and Mariana at the office kept me updated every time. And Jose staff that installed the windows and doors were excellent, extremely professional, Jordan explained every details about the windows and doors. Overall my experience with First Alert was excellent and I recommend them. Thank you

Purchased the SuperNova accordion shutters for a window and door on my house to meet the Wind Mitigation requirements. I was going to replace the door with an impact rated door but because of the unique size it was going to be over $800! The accordion shutter and window were less than half that cost. The folks at First Alert were very helpful with getting the right product for my needs. I was able to get the shutters in less than 2 weeks which was quick. During the installation process I called with some questions and their tech support was very responsive and helpful. The assembly and installation were very easy for a DIYer with basic skills and the shutters look and work great. Im very happy with the product and the help I received from First Alert. Definitely a good company to work with.

Matt and Bill were so helpful in diagnosing an electrical issue for the roll down shutters. They rearranged their work schedule to accommodate my travel plans. The team is on their A game, answering questions, great follow up and fair in price. I owe them a debt of gratitude for coming to my rescue and doing an excellent job.
