The pictures for this resort are deceiving. There is nowhere near the beachfront area they show in the pictures. Additionally, there are LOTS of rocks on the beach they don't show in the pictures. Online they claim to be "Jupiter's ONLY seaside dining". This is FALSE. You CAN"T see the water from any dining tables on their property. If you would like to dine "seaside", try; UTikki, Jetty's, Lucky Shuck, Topside, Beacon, Guanabanas, Square Grouper, 1000 North, Jupiter Grill, and many many more ...

They starved my family & laughed about it My fianc, my 2 year old son, my infant daughter and myself had not eaten since 8:30pm. We called the front desk at 9:05PM to see if we could place a room service order ahead to be sure we had dinner for the night. Spoke to employee RAY and he gladly took our order. We called back and spoke to RAY AGAIN at 9:13PM informing him that WE WERE at the hotel, we were driving around it due to my daughter having bad colic, she only sleeps in movement in the car so we wanted to keep her asleep as long as possible. We informed RAY of our situation and asked him HOW LONG UNTIL THE FOOD WILL BE DONE SO WE CAN BE SURE TO BE BACK IN THE ROOM BY THAT TIME? he informed us 30 mins. We were in the room at 9:35pm We waited and nothing came, finally called the front desk at 10:09PM asking what was going on? The lady at the front informed us she would be having them send it up. Got another call back from the lady at the front at 10:20pm. Telling us that they tried to deliver to us twice and we never answered. Mind you, we havent eaten at all, my finance, my 2 year old son, my infant daughter or myself. I was furious informing her that RAY knew our situation IN DETAIL and TOLD US 30 MINS, we followed their instructions and were left with nothing especially when we went and took extra steps to insure that this wouldnt happen. The lady at the front then told me she would get with someone and call me back with a solution in a few mins. I NEVER HERD OR GOT A CALL BACK. FINALLY, went to the front desk and asked to speak to manager and then RAY came out and we spoke. He blamed us for what went wrong, taking 0 accountability, laughing that we missed them by a minute . Telling me what he wouldve done and what we shouldve. I asked what was going to be done about this, and he said nothing. He then told me Theres a Walmart down the road go find something its now 11:30PM.. He then started demanding he was done talking and proceeded to walk away due to how I was speaking I dont like how youre talking LIKE WHAT!!!!! The man placing hypotheticals IS HYPOCRITICAL. I was heated and we went back and forth and NOTHING WAS DONE. How would you expect someone to react when you followed THEIR instructions, and THEIR instructions left not only you, but your 2 year old son, your fianc, your infant baby HUNGRY AND STARVING. So now here I am writing this review at MIDNIGHT GOING OUT and following rays instructions, this is our first day here and this is how it started Clearly not a place that upholds character or any integrity of the people in their work place.

We were excited to stay at the Jupiter Beach Inn and Resort this week for Spring Break. This was our first time to Jupiter and used the recommendation of a popular influencer to book this reservation. The best parts of this small boutique hotel were the drinks Ed made us at the pool bar and the newly renovated room. Although the room was very small, it was nicely decorated and clean. The pool is also very small and outdoor patio felt very crowded so we opted for the beach. We asked for chairs for the beach and were told that they could not place them away from a party that was already set up. We were hoping for some privacy and to not be right on top of other people, but this request was denied. The beach was incredibly eroded so this was all very disappointing on our first day. The next morning we opted for breakfast onsite after sunrise. My husbands eggs were delivered dry and my eggs over medium were delivered hard fried. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant at this time so we were shocked. I sent my eggs back and they delivered them over easy with white running yolks. After breakfast we proceeded to get towels and the attendant told us we could only get two towels instead of the two towels each that we requested for the beach. She told us she didnt have anymore to give even though the towels we requested were visible. Finally, we were given blue bands upon checkin that we were asked to wear during our visit. In spite of having these bands we were questioned by all staff members constantly as to whether we were staying at the hotel by the same people repeatedly. It was like they forgot the last conversations they had just had with us. I really thought a boutique hotel would offer a more special and personalized experience, but we were very disappointed and would not choose to stay here again. There is a very nice new Wyndham down the street closer to shopping and restaurants that we will book on our next trip to Jupiter.

Amazing! We stayed here recently and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The rooms are clean, the staff is very accommodating, and we didnt eat a single thing we didnt like at the restaurant. Highly recommend!
