I have never wrote an online review before but I feel its important for all to know that my experience using Dr. Teitelbaum was terrible. I would under no circumstance recommend him. We met the doctor in person only once. He prescribed medication that gave my son negative side effects. I called the office to ask what to do and I was not allowed to talk to the doctor. He would only respond through his secretary who gave me the wrong drug information and wrong dosing amounts. He prescribed multiple medications through his secretary without ever speaking to me or my son. A horrible way to run a practice.

I've been with Dr.T for about 17 years and I would never see another Doctor. He is the best!! Compassionate , definitely caring and definitely wants the best for my mental health. I think of him as a friend and then doctor.

We were referred to this doctor from a therapist we know well. Unfortunately we never saw Dr. Teitelbaum. We scheduled an appointment more than a month out. Had to cancel due to emergency so called on Monday before Thursday appointment to cancel. Office closed. Called again Tuesday afternoon and left message canceling. They called back Wednesday and said since we hadn't spoken to them 2 days prior we lost our prepayment deposit. The fact that they require a deposit should have been a red flag. Total money grab.
