      image I was coming off of Palm Beach island today and one of their plumbers in a large box truck had road rage. He honked and cussed at me for merging into traffic. He then changed lanes and pulled up next to me threatening me and yelling obscenities. I certainly wouldnt want someone with this type of anger problem to show up at my house. I definitely will not use this company when I need a plumber.

      Anson, thank you for bringing this to my attention. I reviewed the incident with the driver of the box that same day. He did admit that he honked and used colorful language out of frustration and concern that you were coming too close to the front end of his vehicle while attempting to merge. He said that no threats were made. He understands his actions did not align with our company’s professional standards and that this cannot happen again. This plumber has been with the company for 10+ years, with many very positive reviews. He is a trusted member of our team and had a very human moment.       image The technicians got down to business. Placed the water heater in a much better position and installed piping so that shut-offs are easily accessible. Kitchen faucet-perfect. Neat workmanship and cleaned up after jobs.
