SunTrust Mortgage

The worst mortgage company!! I have waited on hold for four hours on two consecutive days just trying to make my mortgage payment during this pandemic! The first time the call just timed out and hung up after four hours then I called back and waited again another four hours and finally got three separate representatives that were completely rude, one even hung up the phone because he could not locate our account. There's always an issue. We have three separate mortgages and we cannot believe the horrible customer service with Suntrust during this pandemic. It's beyond horrible. Their representatives are rude and don't want to help and their hold times are like nothing I've ever experienced! Go with SPS Select Portfolio if you need a mortgage. I have them for one of our other mortgages and during these difficult times I call to make our payment and I've had no hold time at all and I have been able to make my payments so easily. Suntrust definitely needs to revamp their customer service operations!!

Ive used this bank for a few years. Its normally ok at best but Im getting sick of being treated like a criminal! They refused to cash a check because it was written out to cash. They basically figure I must have stolen the check and thats why I would bring it to my own bank to cover my tracks! They pulled the same hypothetical bull$hit with our tax return check because my wife & I didnt have a joint account! If you want to get treated like $hit make sure to stop by the Sea Plum location. You cant top off their $hitty attitude and lack of service!
