First of all, this review should not be taken lightly. If you've ever felt, wondered or thought that you might have selected the wrong agent? Then wonder no longer! Mr. Dean Carter is the epitome of how an agent should represent you in your home purchase or the sale of your property. I want to let you know that this fine professional had one thing and one thing only on his mind and that was to ensure he had OUR best interests at the forefront in every step of the process. I could seriously write a novel about his actions and then publish them in the realtors guide on how to take care of your customers and then for all realtor agents to replicate. But, instead of making this review long winded and lengthy to read, I just want to tell you that Dean was incredibly amazing from every aspect to every step on our purchase. We met Dean over a year ago while looking for rental properties and both my wife and I decided from that awesome experience that he would be our agent when we decided to purchase in the Jupiter Florida area. The time came for us to select Dean and we did not hesitate, we knew that his expertise, knowledge and abilities were just what we needed. From A to Z, the burden he took off our shoulders to ensure everyone did their part was truly appreciated and worry free to us. From contract to amendments to inspections, to local suppliers, his abilities and can do attitude was exemplary! Dean's selfless effort and his communications both verbally and written could not have been more concise, precise and informative. Dean represented us, negotiated on our part and definitely had our back in every possible situation from showing properties till the closing date in a manner that was nothing short of Quality without Question! Dean we certainly want to thank you for all you did for us and if ANY body is wondering, thinking, or considering selecting an agent, you have our full support and recommendations to anybody that cares to ask us.
