        I hate the changes to the Gargantuan sizes. Guess that's more examples of shrinkflation. Little too late now corporate but I would rather you all just change the price then the size and everything else about the item. This is how you lose brand loyalty.

        Provolone only if you want a different cheese you have to bring it yourself or go to a real Sub Shop. they wait for you to either tip electronically or manually before they make your food. Never again

        I ordered too quickly and thought I had included chips. When my order came I called to complain that they forgot the chips. They explained that I had not ordered them in the first place, but still dropped off chips anyways. Way above and beyond.

        The manager decided he didnt want to donate a sub/sandwich to a homeless person in need but instead of simply saying no, he tried to appear less cold hearted by saying Im not allowed to. What kind of manager cant make his own rules ? What kind of person cant donate a simple item to a person in need? Take your money somewhere else, theyre overpriced for subpar sandwiches anyways
