        I called today to make an appointment and ask some things. The girl was so rude and impatient. They should be more selective with the personal and be able to speaking at least in Spanish

        This place did not bill me and sent me to collections. Didnt even get better and the front desk people had a huge attitude when I asked why they didnt inform me as to any amounts due. Edit turns out, we sent you to collections has a unique meaning in this office. You have a past due bill would probably get you further

        The doctors here are great. My only issue (and its a big one) is with the front desk/scheduling. I called months ago to reschedule an appointment, upon doing so I marked my calendar when they told me I was all set. Today they call me and ask to confirm the OLD appointment date, and that they have no record of me rescheduling. Talking to others I know who go here, Ive heard similar stories about random cancellations, and changing appointment dates without the patient knowing. Really disappointed that I have to put this much time and effort into scheduling a simple appointment.

      Lina, we are very sorry about your encounter. The person you spoke with is a very long time employee who receives many compliments from our current patients. Unfortunately you have never been in our office and perhaps there was a language barrier. We strive to treat each and every patient in a professional manner no matter the language spoken. Unfortunately we only have two employees that speak Spanish in our office as we do not have too many Spanish speaking patients. I realize you are not a patient here but if you know of anyone that is bilingual looking for work, we would gladly entertain their resume. Thank you for your comments

      Seth, we are very sorry you had this experience in our office and our manager reached out to you. It can be challenging to understand how insurances work as they all are different. One thing they all have in common is that any doctor's office has to collect any copays or deductible at the time of the office visit just as most any retail or service business does. We are really not allowed to bill the insurance first then bill the patient. We realize this upset you but you will also find this policy with most any new office you seek your medical care. Again sorry this was not made more clear and only wish you the best with your new office.

      Wendy, we would like to thank you for your comments. Upon review, we could not find you as an active patient so please be sure you review the correct office as I do not think you were seen by us.However, I can comment about our office as well as many other medical offices that you do not pay a concierge fee. In our office we are geared towards complex and difficult cases, we do hope patients can understand when there are long wait times as we attend to sometimes very ill patients. Each patient encounter is different and deserves quality care from our providers so wait times of an hour or more, especially at the end of the day, can happen depending on individual situations. We do not over schedule nor overbook. Delays are not from the quantity of patients; they are from varying complexity of problems. In a perfect world each patient would take exactly the same amount of time, each patient would have only one problem to solve, but this is not a perfect world. We do pride ourselves on the care our patients receive and the time we spend with them and because of this, delays occur. We will never be a "fast-food service" type of office.
