Sadly I must update my reviewShortly after being asked to review Terracon online, they did a complete 180 in their attitude & service. They let tens of thousands of dollars spent on landscaping fail. I had to continually reach out to them begging them to communicate with me and care about the investment we made in our landscaping (buying all of our landscaping from them). After months and months of letting things be eaten away, or look awful from infestation they said it wasnt their fault. I sought an opinion from Hulett Environmental, they confirmed everything had been over-watered and was infested. I asked Terracon to reduce the monthly fee they were charging me and let Hulett take over that portion of the services to try to stop the infestations destroying our plants, trees, ground cover & grass for months and months, and control the irrigation timing, and Terracon responded by Quitting via a letter in the mail! No face-to-face discussion, phone call, email, not even a text! I called Jake and he said it wasnt their fault but would replace a few Clusia. Well his team came and brought absolute JUNK PLANTS, left our irrigation strewn about, trampled our ground cover, and left filthy handprints all over the side of our home that they didnt need to be near in the first place. Bottom line, DO NOT TRUST TERRACON. They are NOT what they once were. They insult customers paying thousands of dollars PER MONTH for service by acting like youre simply an inconvenience and your hard earned money doesnt matter. If you are looking to hire professionals who take accountability for their work, prove to be knowledgeable, are skilled, resourceful, respectful, follow-up, honor their word, and show-up when asked no matter the issue, you absolutely ought to pursue Terracon - particularly Jake Fisher. We worked with Jake/Terracon for two solid years on a multi-million dollar project and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. To this day he/Terracon continues to warranty their work and make every effort to respond quickly & professionally on a weekly basis. I have lived in the Jupiter area for decades. My career in real estate spans more than 20 years. I have worked with dozens of companies and without question I will seek Jake Fisher, Terracon Services for all my landscaping needs. I worked with Jake at Terracon for several months. Mostly transplanting existing trees on same property. I found him and his crew experienced, polite, professional and timely. When Jake set the date and time, his crew was right on. I would use again and have no problem recommending them. Good family owned business. Services: Landscape installations, Tree landscaping

Disgusting workers both hygiene and attitude. Work very unsafely near extreme highways. Would NOT RECOMMEND . Phone goes directly to voicemail when you call not even a real person.
