        Only one star because zero is not possible. We are still owed $3500 in refund due to Erb and Youngs incompetence. They did not process our cancellation in a timely manner and when they did, they made a typo on the policy number which delayed the request further until the carrier went bankrupt. We are now working with the state to get the $3500 refund its been two years so far. If you enjoy pain and suffering, do business with Erb and Young.
