i called (long distance) to order flowers for a funeral and was promised a photo would be texted to me of the flowers the day of the ceremony. When i did not receive any text the day of the service, I called Juno Beach Florist and explained to the owner what happened. The woman said they could not send me a text, only email. I told her I had no email and the sales lady I spoke to promised me they would send me a text of the arrangement. I told her that I wanted to see what I got for $67.00 and she proceeded to tell me how professional she is.......but there was nothing she could do because the flowers were gone already. The owner kept talking over me, getting louder and louder, and then she said the woman i ordered from was her arranger, and SHE (the owner) could not read minds! She continued yelling at and over me until I threw my phone down. This is NOT how to run a business, nor how you handle an issue with a customer. I had to remind her that I am a paying customer and the reason she is in business. She probably never heard me because she was too busy yelling so loudly that people on my end could hear her through my phone. Next stop, BBB!P.S. After all that - she texts me a picture of some flowers! Are they mine? Who knows. But at least she sent something. Why all the screaming and sarcasm.

Never Ever buy from this florist!!!!!!! ..my husband bought me an orchid plant for Valentines day and 3 of the flowers  were dead the next day...I  brought them back to the store immediately and I was told there was nothing wrong  with the orchid and refused to exchange it.  They insisted they told my husband they were not "this week's plant" however my husband said they never said that...When I asked for the owners telephone #, thinking he would surely  understand and want to keep me as a happy and satisfied customer, they refused  to give it to me and said he had Parkinson"s disease??!!!! I know friends with Parkinson"s who certainly can talk on the phone...You would be making a terrible mistake buying anything from this store
