        It's KFC, it's fine, popcorn chicken is weak, but the chicken sammy is great

        I typically don't post complaints about bad service, but it HAS to stop! I have always loved KFC and I still do love the food. However, the customer service is horrible, particularly at this location! My husband and I stopped there on the way to Miami and the young lady who took our order wasnt rude per se but appeared not to have any education or training! It is up to the owners and managers to provide the customer service protocol that represents the KFC branding! There weren't any smiles, there wasn't the customary "Welcome to KFC, how may I help you"?. Certainly there wasn't a "Thank you for coming". People dont have to come to your place of business and if you are looking at your numbers, start with who is at the register! Make sure your associates are pleasant and know how to treat your customers! THIS should be your number one priority! I neglected to get her name, but the whole staff had a nonchalant attidude. Please do better.
