Hello Ana! First, let us say that we are very supportive and happy that you found a salon and stylist that works for you. Building that new stylist bond is a special thing! That aside, when we called on December 13, 2023 to ask to reschedule your January 10, 2024 appointment - as we had to with a great many other clients we had booked in that week, the goal was not to challenge your worth. When you told our Front Desk "I can't believe he won't come in for me." it was less about not being able to accommodate you specifically, but more so that Sean is the loving father of three small children and something came up that required his full attention to them and only them that week. Our clients were extremely understanding of this rescheduling, particularly because they and you were contacted 29 days in advance. It's important to note that yes, we decided to not move forward with you as a client. As we have said in replies to previous clients in other reviews - we believe that we have the choice of the energy and person that shares our salon space. Your consistent belittling of our team members that share the Front Desk role had become too much. Your limited availability for scheduling combined with Sean's heavily reserved appointment book only continued to leave you feeling rejected and undervalued. We chose to end that relationship and support your path to a stylist that had more time readily available to accommodate you.We appreciate your review as it gave us the opportunity to reflect on this experience and organize our thoughts on it enough to share.
