Aldo and his team prepared mom's Quick Claim deed in 2007 and estate documents in 2015. After mom retired, she stayed home for quite some time then was finally talked into going to the local Senior Citizens Community Center. She enjoys the activities, field trips, and visiting. Unfortunately she heard many stories about family turmoil after death of family member. So mom shared some of the stories and her wishes with Aldo and his team. They updated her estate documents to include necessary modifications for new law and sent a file to me. I read and shared my understanding to mom. I wrote down our questions and shared with Aldo and his team via email. When warranted, corrections were made and an updated file sent. We scheduled a meeting to review the documents and sign. Aldo and his team were professional, tailored the documents to make mom comfortable, explained the content so we understood, patient, and provided a nice binder. By the way, was concerned about phishing when received a Recorded Deed Notice for service fee. Glad was skeptical - most like the information came from public records so did not pay the invoice. Obviously we will continue using their service and recommend others.

My husband and I are new to Florida. We needed to update our wills and medical powers of attorney. We called Attorney Beltrano after seeing his ad in our church bulletin. Our experience has been wonderful. He and his staff are most professional, competent, and pleasant. He advised us on handling some complicated situations, and prepared our documents in a timely fashion. They were even organized in a binder with corresponding electronic copies -- that was much appreciated. We cannot recommend this firm highly enough!!!

We hired Beltrano & Associates to handle our home purchase in Florida as we migrated from New York. From the very start, they were on point in helping us navigate the nuances of the local climate. They managed a site survey, open permit check, contract and inspection reviews and price reduction requests, and many other moving parts, as we remained in NY. I cannot recommend Aldo Beltrano and his team enough - they are thorough and tenancious in covering all of our bases, which was a big relief as we had to do this all from 1200+ miles away. I will be using their services for all of our real estate transactions in Florida going forward.
