Westwood Appliances / Chris Lauver, Your reputation was set very high. We live in Vero Beach so we went out of our way to meet you and give you our business. Tens of thousands of dollars worth of appliances. Also, we have great friends that do a lot of work and business with you and highly recommended you.

I called Westwood Appliance and spoke with Chris; looking to find parts for my refrigerator and dryer, however, they don't sell parts itself. He was great! Why you ask, he gave me information and details where, and who to call for repairs and why. When we call someone/company, we, the caller are in distress of some sort to resolve a problem. Chris was helpful, friendly and just kind. He took the time to give me the information and we even had a quick discussion on brand appliances in general-if I needed to or decided to purchase a new appliance. By the way, he wasn't trying to sell me. If Chris is the representation of this company -they are super! As we all know, employees are the front line and represent the company and one of the most important assets that a company has!
