Tire Kingdom

Dont shop here. Treated terribly. Waited 8 days for tire. Called every day and they said they would call me back. They never did. Finally went to another Tire Kingdom and got the tire immediately

Love Isreal. What a gentleman and so so professional. I wish there were more like him in the service industry. Makes me feel no.1. Always going out of his way. Ive had a few cars in and it has always been consistent and assuring. Thanks for making life so much better

I had the unfortunate experience of waking up to finding that both of my right side tires were almost flat and had screws or bolts stuck in them. I was able to make it to tire Kingdom in Juno Beach Florida. I was assisted by an employee named Israel he told me that one tire was definitely going to have to be replaced because of where the bolt was while the other he would have to wait until his technician looked on the inside because there was a little wear around the sidewall from the short ride, I had with the car while the tire was low. I told him that I use this car to just run around for five months and maybe that might be a total of 500 miles and I wanted the cheapest tire I could get and I was hoping I could get away with a patch for the other tire. I left the car and I walked him which was about 2 miles. He called me and he said come and get it and the price he quoted was what I paid. He was able to save the second tire, and even though it was a front tire that needed replacing he rotated them so that the new tire was on the rear and the repaired tire on the front. Prior to coming to him I did go to another tire company and they told me I need an appointment I could leave the car. It may take a few hours to get to it and they definitely had to replace both tires so I got in my car and drove back to tire Kingdom which was closer to my home, and I shouldve gone there in the first place.

Of course they said tire needed replaced and I agreed. Then the show began...they said bring it tomorrow and we we'll have it as soon as they bring it to us ....well THAT TOOK 2.5 days. They kept telling me it was on the way.....any minute now. Israel was rather rude acting over my ( totally understandable) aggravation....They never came clean on the point that they didn't have a quick access to this particular tire. After the 2nd day they said ..oh it's coming..FROM KISSIME and THAT was at the end of the 2nd day. We had a flight out to worry about in a day...and they just kept NOT TELLING US there was a problem in locating that tire. Israel tossed the folder on it to me after I Sat there for almost an hour (thinkingTHEY HAD THE TIRE) and said we don't have it...and I was aggravated that he let me sit there waiting all that time before bothering to tell me. So he said TAKE your car! We didn't CHARGE YOU YET...I couldn't because the tire was too flat. So to make 214.00 they kept me almost prisoner for almost 3 days.
